Web 2.0 online spends in India

According to Dr. T R Madan Mohan, Director-Consulting, Information Communication & Technology Practice-Frost & Sullivan, India, out of the $ 27.4 million annual online ad spend in India, only USD four million to $ 4.5 million came from outside major media houses. Even experts don't understand why online ad spend in India should be so low. Check.
