Recruitment moving towards Social Networking

Also, I found interesting statistics on the internet. It says in a survey done by Vault.com, in USA: 44 percent of employers use social networking web sites like MySpace and Facebook to examine the profiles of job candidates, and 39 percent have looked up the profile of a current employee.

Recruitment is surely going 2.0!
